What we collect, and when
We only collect what you give us through our forms:
- Quote / contact form: your name and phone number (required), and optionally your email address, province, and the message you write.
- Newsletter form: your email address and your consent to receive updates.
- Preference cookie: a single cookie that remembers your cookie choice. We do not load analytics or marketing cookies unless you accept them.
We do not ask for, or want, sensitive information such as financial account numbers through these forms.
Why we use it
- To respond to your request and answer your questions.
- With your consent, to connect you with certified installers serving your area so they can prepare a quote.
- With your consent, to send you the email updates you asked for.
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting a form, and which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
When you ask us to connect you with installers, we share the details you provided with relevant certified installers so they can contact you. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.
We may use trusted service providers (for example, email or hosting) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and contact records only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then delete them. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Email and CASL
We send commercial email only with your consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour opt-outs promptly.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Lead submissions are stored in a protected file that is not publicly accessible. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We may update this notice as our practices or the law change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
